Only took about 10 mins to get into my car. Did don’t mess up my car in any way. Thanks to his timely response and getting into my car, I was able to get my babies from daycare in time and wasn’t charged a late pick-up time. I would highly recommend him!!!

I called Bill late in the afternoon asking if he could re-key 4 locks and add 2 more. I was hoping to get this done quickly. He came that evening, asked me questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and then did everything in such a professional way. After dealing with sketchy "companies", I contacted Bill's Locksmith and was not disappointed. He helped me gain entry to my property when I couldn't locate a key and he installed a deadbolt lock on a door. He did all this within 3 hours of my call. Unfortunately i lost my car keys in walmart, I looked for about two hours for my keys and haven't found them. this was my off day. My whole day was ruined. not to mention i had my son with me. no one at walmart was helpful. I decided to call different locksmiths in high point. they were not helpful at all. every one of them told me they can replace car keys, but i had to either wait until next week or they was incompetent. I was soo stressed and exhausted. I finally called a Bill's locksmith in Thomasville. He was very helpful and friendly. They came all the way from thomasville to help me.
